Some technical challenges to solve include how we build tools that work with multiple RDBMS, and how we should architect our systems to work as well in the cloud as they do locally. We are also moving from predominately Windows-based software to be platform-neutral. And these are just some of the challenging problems you could work on as Redgate grows. What kind of skills and behaviours would you bring to make you an excellent Lead Software Engineer?
