- Develop production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, including cutting, welding, machining, and assembly.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the quality and specifications of manufactured components meet industry standards.
- Manage production resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to meet project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, production schedules, and quality inspections.
- Evaluate and improve production processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the production area, and promote a culture of safety among the workforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer in the shipbuilding or maritime industry.
- Proficiency in production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and resource management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials used in shipbuilding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Graduated from Top Tech Colleges
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Should be fluent in English (minimum IELTS band score of 7 or equivalent)
