- Salary range is between £50,000pa and £60,000pa depending on experience.

- A systematic transformation of a reporting suite, assessing old dashboards and implementing new ones, while streamlining and automating data flows to empower individuals and boost efficiency.
- Developing a digital solution using Microsoft Power Platforms to support governance, management and data-driven decision making.
- Conducting an independent review of Home England’s plan to share data with external parties, securing customer data in compliance with Data Privacy regulations, and assessing the skills, capability and technology within Help-to-Buy to effectively analyse data.
- Developing a data strategy for an MOD department.
- Providing a new optimised data solution to automate and integrate multiple sources for use in distributing and visualising key statistics on forensics capabilities, aiding decision making country wide.
- Designing and developing novel AI agents for deployment on live data streams.
- Degree in a STEM subject, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience working in a data position. You are currently working at SFIA level 4 or 5
- Good knowledge of modern data technologies/data science techniques and strong data analysis skills and experience of applying them
- Using advanced technical skills to solve problems, using tools such as (but not limited to): Power BI (or other visualisation software), Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, R, SQL, C#, Azure, AWS
- Ability to understand client problems and key issues and develop solutions to suit their need.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications, especially communicating complex concepts to a non-technical audience
- Commercial experience, involving customer-facing work and/or project management, supporting business development activities including writing proposals
- Ability to develop and implement a project plan, assess the risk and provide delivery schedule.
- Using business analysis techniques to deliver data governance, management or strategy
- Experience working in consultancy, delivering complex projects in the public sector
- Project management qualifications, such as APM PFQ, Agile qualifications, change management
- Being confident running workshops and presenting to large audiences
- Experience of agile development, DevOps processes and/or Government Digital Service framework
