• Utilize various instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance student understanding and mastery of key concepts in chemistry.
• Foster critical thinking, inquiry, and analytical skills through hands-on experiments, laboratory work, and real-world applications.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support student growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, grades, and attendance, in compliance with school policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary connections and promote a cohesive educational experience for students.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support academic progress, address concerns, and celebrate achievements.

• Teaching certification/license, preferably with experience in IB Chemistry or a similar international curriculum.
• Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the high school level, with a track record of student achievement and engagement.
• Deep knowledge of IB Chemistry standards, assessment practices, and approaches to teaching and learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
