Job Description:Development of semiconductor devices and technologies

Process and device development in TCAD simulation software
Creation of calibrated TCAD decks
Laboratory evaluation and characterization
Simulation support of semiconductor development teams
Communication with worldwide development and manufacturing sites

Qualifications:

University degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
Knowledge of microelectronics, semiconductor physics and IC design methodologies
Knowledge of Analog and/ or Power Circuits and related measurement methods preferable
At least basic knowledge of IC technological processes
Knowledge of advanced IC design tools (Cadence and/or Mentor and/or other) preferable
Knowledge / Experience in IC testing
Experience with finite element method computation preferable
Fluent in English, written and spoken
