- Elevate customer satisfaction: Focus on improving overall quality and client experience by delivering high-quality training to both small and large teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs: Design and lead engaging training sessions for QA Analysts and Trainers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to excel.
- Sharpen QA skills: Tailor the best audit methods to equip QA Analysts with the tools needed to deliver the highest quality service.
- Empower your team: Effectively coach, mentor, and assist QA Analysts and Trainers, providing support and guidance for questions and problems related to their work and training materials.
- Analyze and improve: Prepare operational quality and training analyses for your projects, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience: You have at least one year of experience coordinating QA and/or Trainer teams in a BPO environment.
- Quality champion: You possess a strong understanding of quality and training processes and procedures.
- Communication expert: You have excellent communication skills, able to explain information clearly and concisely.
- Problem-solving pro: You demonstrate a strong ability to analyze situations, make sound decisions, and provide accurate, complete, and prompt solutions.
- Coaching and mentoring: You enjoy empowering others and have a talent for coaching and mentoring team members.
- Team player: You can work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and managers.
- BPO background: Experience within the BPO industry is a plus.
