- Inbound calls; Processing customer requests and data via email or calls.- Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries.- Act as liaison between customer and sales- Update bookings when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes.- Coordinate with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of shipments- Assist clients and transfer to the right department accordingly.Qualifications
  • Based in or around Montreal
  • Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software's.
  • Sales Force /CRM an asset
  • Bilingual (French & English) an asset
