We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Director to lead the strategic growth and profitability of our expanding hotel group.About Us:The Flagworld Group operates in various business areas within the hospitality, travel, and leisure industry. Today, Flagworld Hotels has a total of 28 hotels & resorts with nearly 2,000 rooms, both nationally and internationally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to join our team. The Commercial Director will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and enhancing the brand image of our hotels through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.· Identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and secure key accounts.· Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine pricing strategies and product offerings.· Collaborate with operations departments and hotel’s managers to optimize room inventory, pricing, and distribution channels.· Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts to attract target audiences.· Establish performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial activities.· Build strong partnerships with tour operators and travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to expand the hotel group's presence in the market.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.· Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, with experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management.· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.· Proficiency in PMS, revenue management systems, and digital marketing tools.· Deep understanding of distribution channels, OTA partnerships, and industry best practices.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter outlining their qualifications and suitability for the role.
