Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company career portals.
Cold call and engage potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

HR Administration:

Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support HR team with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
