With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Glovis aims to deliver world-class logistics services to its clients in the automotive industry.Job Summary:As a Key Account Manager at Glovis France, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the automotive sector.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.The position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with the sales team to expand the client portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Glovis.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance against established metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and progress.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the logistics or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in French and English is required
