- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with the sales team to expand the client portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Glovis.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key account performance against established metrics.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and progress.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the logistics or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in French and English is required
