- Perform top-level recruitment & selection processes for all of our Business Areas (Sales, Success, Indirect Channel, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Finance, People, Customer Experience, Operations, and Finance), positions by identifying, selecting, and hiring A-Players, ranging from low to high-tier seniority, to join our mission;
- Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process to ensure we meet organization hiring needs and goals, working closely to deliver the best candidates;
- Assure job posts for new hiring needs, publishing them on different job boards, talent marketplaces, or job portals;
- Perform active sourcing and search of potential candidates through databases, professional networks, communities, social media, and/ or employee referrals;
- Screen applications and schedule interviews, assuring accountability for each candidate throughout the full candidate life-cycle, providing follow-ups and feedback;
- Execute HR interviews, screening and assessing candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and adherence to Gympass' values;
- Prepare interview reports;
- Present offers and, after a hiring is made, collaborate with our HRBP area for the admission process;
- Provide candidates with a positive and engaging experience;
- Update processes on our ATS, making sure to comply with our hiring process;
- Recommend innovative ideas that improve the end-to-end recruiting process and contribute to the long-term growth of Gympass;
- Participate in initiatives toward employer branding and campus management.

- Previous working experience as a Business Recruiter;
- Bachelor's Degree required (multiple fields are accepted);
- Ability to conduct a variety of interview types (structured, competency-based, values, etc);
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish steady cross-functional relationships;
- Advanced English is mandatory;
