A propos de nousAs part of its strategy, URCA is implementing a new organisation to support all members of the URCA community in the development and funding of their projects, particularly European ones.The university is looking to recruit a European project promotion and visibility Coordinator (M/F) for its new Project Engineering Department (DIP).Votre mission, si vous l’acceptezReporting directly to the Project Engineering Manager, his/her role will be to participate in the development of communication tools and actions targeting the university community and its partners.The principal tasks will be as follows:Develop and implement an annual plan of events and communication activities designed to promote and improve the visibility of European projects;Propose and organise, each year, an action of collaboration and/or communication of the University’s activity in the field of European projects within the network of higher education and research establishments of the Champagne region;Organise and update information, partnership and communication tools (support for project promoters with the « Set-up » and « Starter Kit » toolboxes), and contribute to lobbying initiatives;Write and publish news about URCA’s European projects;Support the European project managers in the preparation of project proposals in terms of communication and results publication.This position has been created thanks to the support of France 2030 as part of the DIVRESCA project, awarded in response to the call for projects entitled « Accelerating the development strategies of higher education and research establishments ».Specific working conditionsOccasional travel in France and EuropePeriodic peaks in activity following European calls for projectsLe profil idéalYou have a master’s degree in the field of international communication.You have a solid knowledge of information systems and communication skills.You are familiar with the legal, administrative and financial aspects of European and international project development, and with the organisation and running of higher education and public research.Basic knowledge of social networks, CMS and InDesign and Photoshop software would be appreciated.Professional English and French are a requirement.You are able to lead and manage projects and prepare a budget.You must have a solid understanding of information systems and office software.You have an analytical approach that enables you to prepare documents including reports and summaries, and the ability to communicate effectively at professional events such as meetings, training courses and oral presentations.You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of diplomacy.
