What You'll Bring About the role: Matrix reporting to the Lead FP&A in GFSS and also to the respective FP&A UK Finance Manager, will assist the FPA team in providing commercial and financial support to key stakeholders including Executive Board and US counterparts. We are looking for an FP&A Analyst in our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) Center in TransUnion's Global Capability Center based out of Pune, India. This role will be part of the team which deliver FP&A related work to our global business/ segments on a matrix basis. We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team in providing commercial and financial support to key stakeholders including Executive Board and US counterparts. Providing key support, knowledge and interfacing with others in the Finance function. The ideal candidate will be a complete finisher, have a clear logical thought process, and be able to interpret complex information and present in a clear and easy to understand format, possess strong IT skills, is able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, can challenge inconsistencies and variances, and be a good communicator with stakeholders. Day To Day You Will Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with others within the Finance department. Review of financial and non-financial KPIs with focus on challenging Finance Business Partner teams on budgetary and comparator variances Reporting of key financial information on business performance to key stakeholders and provide advice and support to so that their knowledge and understanding is enhanced. Preparation and interpretation of financial analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies, as well as improving operational / financial performance. Respond to queries on financial performance from Financial Control and Business partners. Skills & Experience Qualified commerce graduate, preferably a Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) with finance & accounting experience of 3+ years extensively in FP&A processes Previous Finance experience with the ability to build strong working relationships Ability to prioritise and manage own workloads, be organised, have a flexible working style and enjoy working to tight deadlines Excellent communicator and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing Possess a problem solving, analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work with and model using large datasets with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent Interpersonal skills To enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment Ability to rapidly learn & assimilate information Highly organised, analytical thinker Able to form good relationships with people at all levels Be effective at prioritising activities, multi-tasking and working under pressure to deadlines TransUnion - a Place To Grow We know that you may not possess every aspect of the essential and/or desirable skills listed above but if there's something you can't tick off, don't let that put you off applying as we could explore training for you.
