Partners Management (30%)🎯 Expand and strengthen our network of partners, on air and carriage- Direct scope covers airlines, GSAs, airport handling suppliers, air trucking suppliers (+ involvement expected on indirect scope with agents for imports outside FR/ES/IT/US)- Regularly review our overall network and identify improvements and the associated action plan (on coverage, competitiveness, quality of service)- Onboard new suppliers (in France, Spain, Italy) based on identified areas of improvement- Develop the relationship with our partners (with a clear partners management routine, from informal calls to regular business reviews and in-person visits for our most strategic partners)- Monitor the quality of service of our partners, managing escalations on procurement issuesIII. Expertise (10%)🎯 Expand the knowledge of the air market and pricing throughout OVRSEA, and beyond- Make sure all internal teams have easy access to key information on Air - sharing key information with Sales and Ops to feed client communications and shipment management- Participate in external communications and events (e.g. webinars, client meetings, ad hoc external communications)Your profile- You have at least 2 years of professional experience with:- a clear expertise of the air shipment industry, from truckers and handlers to airlines- and/or strong negotiation skills & experience in procurement for B2B services- You have a real spirit of initiative and desire to win, showing autonomy and motivation to make OVRSEA grow and to improve all things related to air shipments- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills- You have excellent communication skills, and previous experience growing a collaboration with partners, suppliers and/or clients- You are able to question your work, to receive and share feedback in a benevolent manner- You speak French fluently and English at a professional level (Spanish, Italian, Chinese are not required but appreciated)Still not convinced?Explore our story, products, teams, and commitments by visiting .Get a glimpse of our culture and our #1 value, 'Learn together', through .
