Location: Saint-Laurent (Hybrid 2 days in office/3 days remote)

Our client, a North American champion within the food industry, is seeking a Junior Accounting Technician to join their team.Be part of a world-class industry offering competitive benefits and the opportunity to collaborate with great accounting leaders across the accounting functions, fostering career growth and development.Main Requirements:- DEC in accounting
- Fluently bilingual required for communications outside of Quebec
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable or accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamMain Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records
