- Ensure all technical services are compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the technical team to deliver excellence in service.
- Oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Manage technical service budgets and contracts.
- Continually seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical services.
- A degree in Engineering, Property Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing technical services within a Facilities Management environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience managing budgets and contracts.
