We're looking for a passionate and technical Group Product Manager to drive Bolt's product strategy for identity services across all businesses (Rides, Micromobility, Drive, Market, Food and Business). You will be part of our Platform team where you will work closely with your peers to discover new innovative services that help Bolt outcompete some of the industry giants on cost, quality and user experience. However, relocation to Tallinn (our HQ) will be supported. And it's all thanks to our people.We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!About the roleYour daily adventures will include:Define and execute vision and strategy for shared identity services across all businesses (Rides, Micromobility, Drive, Market, Food and Business).Maintain strong discipline in defining the key quality/cost trade-offs of your identity services (user verification, user authentication, user profile, user communication) and iterate using data insights.Collaborate with our business stakeholders to discover new innovative services that compete with some of the industry's giants and drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.Identify where technology can reduce friction in operational processes or user flows to improve customer experience and efficiency across the company.Lead a cross-functional team across product, engineering, and operations-to deliver the best quality at the best cost for our 100M+ customers-and educate on strategy and roadmap alignment.Provide continuous feedback to your team, enable their growth, and guide them in building world-class product management skills.About you:You are a passionate product leader, preferably in a top tech company, where you've shown your ability to drive business growth repeatedly.You have successfully launched and scaled identity, trust, verification, or similar deep tech products.You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams, and you are fluent in English.You can break down complex systems and processes into simple narratives for a best-in-class user experience from both an operational and customer perspective.You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on mindset.You are a data-driven problem solver.Experience is great, but we also look for drive, intelligence, and integrity.
