- Identify opportunities for account growth by presenting ideas and strategies aligned with clients' evolving business objectives.
- Thoroughly assess client needs and leverage a deep understanding of clients' industries.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and lead in building pipelines for generating revenue growth. This includes participating in new business activities across the Northern European cluster.
- Foster collaboration among teams and promote a culture of cooperation and shared expertise.
- Oversee the execution of projects and programs to guarantee seamless collaboration and on-time delivery.
- Manage account budgets to ensure proper resource allocation, meticulously track costs, and address budgetary concerns or variances with the leadership team.
- Prepare and deliver captivating and impactful client presentations by applying storytelling, data visualisation, and persuasive communication techniques.

- 10+ years of experience in a consultancy role within a digital agency.
- Experience managing a client portfolio with a revenue around 30M DKK.
- Demonstrated history of delivering intricate, large-scale digital projects across the spectrum of Merkle's service offerings.
- A deep understanding of the dynamic IT landscape and champion customer experience transformation.
- Experience staying calm and setting an example for the team in high-stress situations.
- The ability to delegate and scale operations within your portfolio while maintaining a comprehensive overview and client relationships.
- Expertise in driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience providing mentorship to other consultants and representing an agency at events and presentations.
- Experience reporting financial metrics, forecasting and potential risks to the commercial leadership.
