- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to effectively source and engage candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and tools to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive results.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Amdocs Cyprus, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.

- Proven experience of 6+ years in recruitment, with a track record of success in attracting top talent.
