You will help brands to fully capitalize on Experience Led Growth and CXM transformation so they can deliver personalized and substantial experiences across all devices and channels for their customers through architecture and aligning that to Adobe's solutions.Work with the biggest brands across France & broader Western Europe with customers ranging from C-level executives, with a focus on the CIO/CTO, to operational teams to advise on strategies and technology solutions to support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation, diving deep into architecture and identifying prioritized path forward for customers. This role offers rich opportunities to grow in the technology industry working on leading tech areas such as AI, Customer Data Platforms, Commerce, Content Management as examples where our customers rely on Adobe to transform their business!What You’ll DoIdentify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve customer’s business objectives.Understand the current state of customer’s organisation-wide architecture and experience and marketing capabilities.Strategize and translate customer business requirements (digital experience and marketing needs) into a coherent enterprise architecture and recommend Adobe solutions to improve digital experiences.Oversight of all Adobe team comprising field sales, partners, digital strategists, architects, solution consultants, and engineering support.Visibility on both the business and the client-side IT team to ensure the solution fits the architecture and everyone agrees and moves in the same direction.Define governance, operational model and organisational requirements (resources, structures and cultural changes) to support the enterprise architecture.Communicate Adobe’s PoV on the above to customer architecture teams and execs, influencing the customer to align with Adobe.What You Need to SucceedDeep experience with enterprise architecture advisory and implementation to value realisationStrong client-side EA experience, preferably around customer facing applications and from technologically complex/regulated industries like financial services, retail etc.Knowledge of enterprise application integration (EAI) concepts and standards (e.g. APIs, microservices, middleware, and etc.) to facilitate discussion on communication between customer’s enterprise applications.Working knowledge of AI/ML and ability to discuss modelling and integrating Adobe AI services in a way that both data scientists and marketers will appreciateExperience with ad technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, etc.)Familiarity with system-of-record data environments (i.e. CRM systems, email platforms, data lakes)Familiarity with data warehousing and big data architectures and platforms (including data storage, movement, and security) to support developing an optimal physical and semantic data modelIn-depth understanding of IT service management, monitoring solutions, data solutions, cybersecurity operations & compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery, identity, and access management.Experience with Adobe clouds/solutions/APIs, Digital architecture or architecting a martech stack is a plusAdobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
