• Conduct end-to-end procurement activities: planning, strategy development, risk assessment, proposal construction, tender management, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and manage strategic procurement projects considering organisational needs, market dynamics, and pricing data.
• Negotiate effectively in challenging situations to secure favourable terms while maintaining relationships.
• Maintain detailed procurement records for accountability and audit purposes.
• Stay updated on procurement policies and frameworks.

• A qualification in Procurement.
• A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in one or both of Government and/or private sector procurement.
• Experience managing complex ICT contracts or procurement sourcing activities.
• Formal training and/or experience in project management.
