Job Description:We are growing! We are currently looking to hire an Academy Global Solutions Manager based in Paris!Who we are:Founded in 2006, our story started with two entrepreneurs. We offer strategic solutions that impact performance and elevate the customer experience of some of the world's most iconic premium and luxury brands.What you will be doing:The Academy Global solutions manager is responsible for structuring the Academy global Activation offer, for the go to market strategy as well as the global roll out of all solutions. The role implies to own the design the content of all global solutions, supervise the commercial launch internally and externally ,control the roll out to ensure consistency across the markets.The Academy Global solutions manager will support the CSMs (Customer Success Manager) in understanding the client context and challenges, the selection of right solutions, proposal building and the implementation of each project.The Academy Global solutions manager will also coordinate the preparation of consultants for the implementation of all solutions.This person will be in charge of the Academy content library as well as the feedback evaluation report process.Key responsibilities1. Solution Lead
  • Be the owner of all CXG Academy activation solutions such as Activation workshops (CX & NPS), CX mini modules as well as any new global CXG activation solutions developed by the Group.
2- Own the Solution content
  • Responsible for relevant Content
  • Ability to regularly update and improve the structure and content of the solutions
  • Responsible for customizing the content to each client needs
  • Develop new solutions or update existing ones based on clients' needs & internal CS feedback
3- Commercial Pack & Go to market strategy
  • Design commercial tool kit for internal use
  • Define pricing strategies & Business Plan
  • Define Go to market strategy (soft launch, pilot etc….)
  • Collaborate with marketing for solution launch
  • Animate regular webinar or onboarding sessions for new joiners
  • Monitor forecasts and track sales
4- Lead the Solutions project management
  • Plan the project, listing timetable and key milestones until delivery
  • Customize content in desired format
  • Ensure all deliverables are graphically up to the Group and the clients' standards
  • Supervise all Activation projects throughout the group (structure, communicate and validate content)
  • Ensure all projects are being managed in the qualitative and most timely manner
  • Organize internal preparation meetings and animate TTT sessions if necessary
  • Create an effective organization for the project including all key roles and responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
5. Manage CXG Academy global content library
  • Responsible for the architecture of the library and its evolution in time
  • Ongoing feedback from end-users to ensure easy access and efficiency in content research
  • Monitor monthly update by the regions to ensure all training materials are added once program is completed
  • Update tracking on a regular basis
  • Onboard new joiners on library (30 min webinar with guidelines & demo)
6. Manage CXG Academy global feedback evaluation process
  • Ensure all Academy trainings have a QR code at the end
  • Own the tracking for EU, ME and AME
  • Overall monitoring of all feedback reports consistency and quality
  • Liaise with Data Science in case of technical issues with automatically generated reports on power BI
  • Ensure feedback reports are stores in the content library with the training deck and material
  • Keep record of SOS Children charity contribution on monthly basis and produce a yearly report as per 2023 one
  • Onboard new joiners on feedback evaluation process (15-20 min webinar with guidelines & demo)
Requirements:What you will bring along:
  • University Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing or Communication
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in luxury , retail or training
  • Experience in marketing in new product launch and go to market strategies
  • Ideally some exposure in training material content design (including digital learning)
  • Very customer service oriented with a good understanding of Retail omnichannel environment
  • Ability to formalize, structure and plan
  • Written and oral English required
  • Project Management skills
  • Human relationship & communication skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office to conduct research finding analysis and build top-notch presentations
  • Presentation skills (Ability to present in front of clients)
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledgeable and curiosity towards new and innovative learning solutions & tools
