- Develop and researching methods to create efficiencies within the business
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, to ensure successful delivery of operational improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimise operations
- Scope Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed operational improvement initiatives, outlining potential benefits, costs, risks, and resource requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in optimizing operations and driving results.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate to various high-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans
- The ability to build a high level of trust through maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
