Process Engineer

• - Design and optimize laser processing techniques for the manufacturing of medical devices.
• - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and product performance.
• - Conduct process validation in accordance with FDA regulations and company standards.
• - Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to integrate new products into production.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues affecting production.
• - Prepare technical documentation, including process maps, work instructions, and validation reports.
• - Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• - Stay abreast of advancements in laser technology and evaluate their potential applications in our manufacturing processes.

• - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with laser processes.
• - Strong understanding of FDA regulatory requirements related to medical device manufacturing.
• - Proven track record of improving processes and implementing robust manufacturing solutions.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
