And we’re excited to get to know you and find out what you’ll bring to this team training role.Your EverydayProvide structured classroom training for all system applications utilized by Patient Access employees.Respond to staff concerns, questions, or issues in a professional and constructive manner.Provide accurate information regarding process, system, or policy issues.Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service and promote cooperation and open positive clear communication.Utilize all hardware training as it relates to Patient Access.Demonstrate competency in all Patient Access areas and job functions, supports corporate compliance in Federal, State, Third Party and Joint Commission regulations.Ensure employee competency in all areas of job functions.Demonstrate responsibility for professional growth and maintaining required knowledge and skills to accurately perform the duties of the position.Provide continuing education, including annual, classroom training, that will further develop employees' skill level and improve productivity.Validate employee competency using the skill validation worksheet, identify training needs and perform focused training sessions.Provide department orientation to enhance classroom training and ensure consistency in job performance.Ensure employees understand policy and procedure as it relates to the daily job duties.Support educational needs for de-centralized registration areas to ensure consistency of job performance.Develop classroom and online curriculum, demonstrations and presentations, and evaluate training curriculum and measure education results.The Must-HavesMinimum:
Combination of appropriate education or experience.Bachelor's degree.Associate degree with 2 years of experience.High school diploma with 4 years of experience.WORK SHIFT:Variable Hours (United States of America)LCMC Health is a community.Our people make health happen.
