Our Engineering Transformation teamwork to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestIn this role, you will be coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Planning and scheduling material/production needs. Discuss the consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.As a Production Scheduler – Shop Floor Scheduling, you will be responsible for:

Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget

Have a bachelor’s from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 2 years. of experience in Manufacturing Shop floor scheduling.
Be able to work and communicate well with others.
Be results-oriented, self-efficient, and self-motivated.
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Be able to work independently.
Have good problem-solving skills.
