DescriptionsCompany: BizLink Technology (Xiamen) Ltd.Location: Greater China-Fujian-XiamenResponsibilities:

Working with Sales department to support on technical/ operation related to acquire new RFQ, new business
RFQ management:Clear comminication of MOQ,Lead time and copper model with internal and external partners
Project management:Clear communication and leading of NPI samples ,ramp up plan,SOP procedure at project level
Support on Change management project to ensure flawless execution of Changes
Leading Production ramp up project and ensure customer demand ramp up , Facilitate customer fulfillment on material pipeline, capacity, and Leadtime, etc. As initial escalation contact for customer demand fulfillment / quality / delivery
Be able to find out solution/action of profit and cost analysis based on customer/order level
Other task/ project assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Education background: Bachelor degree combined with relevant experience
Work experience:

Min. 5years experience of project management in manufacturing area
Technical background is a plus
Competencies required, certificates, training

Strong commercial insight preferably combined with a background in electronics/mechanics
Good negotiation skills
Strong interest in design, innovation and new product development
Management skills （leadership /teamwork/ communication skill, etc.）

Strong organizational skills : ability to set priorities and capable of multitasking while finding the right balance between administrative follow up and account management
Basic leadership skill required
Multicultural : able to deal with interfaces of diverse cultural backgrounds
Hands-on &？Positive attitude
Solution oriented and able to solve issues
Social skills & personality （attitude, emotion, etc.）

Assertive team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Language & computer :

Fluent in English, and Japanese or other language is plus
ICT-literate, able to work in Excel and use CRM tool
Working equipment/Soft ware/tool requirements: Googles, Office, SAP, CRM
Additional know-how: Good leadership and team work；
