12-month Apprenticeship | Consumer Insights & Social listening | From September 2024 to August 2025 | Paris area | Master 1 or 2Consumer Insights refer to the understanding of consumer behavior, needs, preferences, and motivations. It involves gathering data and analyzing consumer attitudes, opinions, and behaviors to gain a deep understanding of their needs and desires. Consumer insights help businesses make informed decisions about product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience.The main missions of consumer intelligence are:- Assist CMI Manager to provide consumer insights on categories to improve new product and content development- Set up research projects in collaboration with the CMI Manager, the Marketing team and agencies (Prepare sample data, review questionnaire & material, track project progress & timings)- Prepare result analysis & restitution in collaboration with Marketing and Agencies- Build consumer knowledge by conducting transversal analysis based on existing data sources (panel, consumer studies, social listening, trends reports, ...) for categories- Develop a privileged partnership with the marketing teams and the agencies: become a key point of contact.YOU ARE…
