Applied Materials (AMAT) is the market leader in plant engineering for the semiconductor and display industries, based in Silicon Valley.Within Applied Materials DFT business unit, the 'Yield Technology Group' (YTG) develops and produces high-precision electron optical devices (electron microscopes) and advanced test systems utilizing e-beam technology for the display and adjacent semiconductor industry.YTG is working in an internationally networked setup, with system platform design and e-beam technology development being aligned between multiple development sites located in Germany, Taiwan, and India, and with its manufacturing located in Taiwan and Germany (but with a global sourcing approach), to best serve our customers located in Asia, the USA and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops diverse scope business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market shareRecommends investment decisions for new product developmentConducts diverse competitive analysis for specific products or product lines. Drives Red Team AnalysisAssists with diverse pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductionsPartners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirementsUnderstands technical and business environments. Assists with the development of strategies to meet business objectivesSupports the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetrationManages release of diverse products through the end of their product life cycleFunctional Knowledge

Requirement1. 5+ years of working experience in semi/display industry2. Customer facing and project management experience3. Knowledge of ebeam testing and inspection technology4. Flexible on business travel. Travel Rate: 10%~20%5.
