As a Nursing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of nursing services to our clients. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each client receives personalized care that aligns with their unique needs and preferences.Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and clients to develop and adjust care plans based on evolving needs.
- Conduct regular assessments of clients to monitor progress and address any concerns promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing personnel.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication and understanding.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license.
- Proven experience in nursing coordination or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
