Production Manager

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency
- Manage and supervise a team of production staff to ensure that production targets are met
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth production processes
- Monitor and manage production costs to ensure that production remains within budget
- Develop and maintain production reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvementRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in production management, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and optimizing production efficiency
- Ability to manage a team of production staff and coordinate production processes
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefits:
