The SandBlu Luxury Resort is hiring Spa Manager Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the resort's spa facility, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control. Develop and implement spa programs and services to meet the needs of guests and enhance their overall experience. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained by spa staff, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly. Collaborate with other resort departments to promote spa services and maximize revenue opportunities. Monitor and maintain spa facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. Previous experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
