- Assist in the processing of all domestic and overseas expense claims.
- Assist in the checking and verifying of expense claims.
- Managing and monitoring staff charge card balance.
- Updating staff records in the Financial Management system.
- Assist the Payroll and Expenses executive in providing support to staff in the form of advice, training, and assistance on expenses.
- Support the Payroll and Expenses team and the Financial Management team as necessary with other tasks when required.
- Provide support as required to the Senior Accountant.
- Degree or qualification in a finance/business related discipline
- Experience within a finance or administrative function desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and financial analysis skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently on own initiative
