  • Build, maintain and coordinate the training calendar from his/her portfolio, with the Corporate Learning Manager, taking into account business constraints’, our internal clients, and external partners. He/she will be responsible of its regular update and communication with our key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage training execution to ensure the best Employee Experience, from registration to invoicing.
  • Provide information about training content and target population to our internal training networks.
  • Manage purchasing process with external suppliers, from purchase orders to payment and internal invoicing process.
  • Align all key stakeholders in training implementation for success (facilitators, guest speakers, campus manager, participants, learning program manager, Faurecia University team, other training coordinators…)
  • Collect and analyze participants’ feedback.
  • Work closely with Corporate Learning Manager to identify improvements and implement them.
  • Track Faurecia University Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Ensure data in Faurecia information systems are accurate, in a timely way (training descriptions, actual financial data and forecasts, attendance & cancellations, invoices, reports,…)
  • Closely monitors actual against budget and regularly reports to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare dashboards, alert if necessary, and identify with the Learning Program Manager action plans.
  • Support Corporate Learning Managers to build training plan for the year ahead.
  • Monitor training evaluations to track good quality of trainings.
  • Monitor target population to be trained (trained people versus potential gaps).
  • Communicate on our training programs and be a Faurecia University Ambassador within the company – and with our external partners.
  • Establish and maintain constructive relationships with our key stakeholders.
