In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensure that Amstar clients enjoy their vacations to the fullest and that their vacation meets or exceeds the standards specified in their vacation package. At the same time optimizing revenue potential through excursion sales.A successful Customer Service Hotel Representative will:
  • Represent Amstar as the primary point of contact for our clients staying in the various hotels, throughout our resorts.
  • Local and destination knowledge and experience of selling is essential.
  • Track record of providing excellent customer service and problem solving.
  • Handling of Administrative tasks.
A successful Customer Service Hotel Representative will have:
  • 1 year of experience in Sales and Customer Services.
  • High School Diploma
  • Have own vehicle.
  • Multilingual in English, Spanish and French.
  • Hold a Dominican Cedula & Residencia
