Bar qualifications and - at least 2 year course 2. Previous experience as a Bar Person / Senior Bar Person in an English speaking Upmarket Bar, members club or 4/5* Hotel 3. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills 4. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Bar Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations etc. 5.
