As a Visual Communications Designer, you will be responsible for capturing engaging and creative visuals through photography and videography. You will collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop an overall brand visual (video/image) strategy. Your role will involve participating in creative strategy development, brainstorming, and storyboarding for video projects.Key Responsibilities:

Capture captivating photography and videography for experiential, social media, and event videos.
Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a content calendar and implement the brand's visual strategy.
Contribute to creative strategy sessions and assist in storyboarding for video projects.
Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing assets for various platforms.
Handle post-production and editing tasks for all photography and videography content.
Edit and refine visual assets generated from design platforms like Canva to ensure they meet the brand's standards and visual identity.
Manage the organization and promotion of creative content on the company's website, social media channels, and digital asset management system and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).

Requirements:

A degree (or equivalent) in visual communication design, media studies, marketing or a related creative/graphic design field.
1-2 Years experience in the relevant field.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality video, photography, and designs that align with the brand's identity.
Proficient in post-production and editing techniques for both video and photography.
Experience in designing content for web, desktop, and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal visual presentation.
Familiarity with producing content for various social media channels and other video-based digital platforms.
Strong multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Excellent creative skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva or similar platforms to create supplementary visual assets for marketing campaigns and social media posts.
Experience with drone photography/videography is a plus.
