The Company is Private Equity owned, delivering sustainable double-digit growth, with an ambitious 5-year plan for further strong (organic and inorganic) growth and expansion across Europe.We are expanding our Communications, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team in Prague, we are recruiting for a new position:Corporate Communications SpecialistPOSITION PURPOSE:People stand at the heart of Zentiva. These are the basics of engagement and our drivers to build, grow and reinforce our #WinningTeam.The role of the Global Communication Specialist, will support the communication and Engagement of whole company, where we are employing almost 5.000 people in total and working hand in hand with pharmacists, physicians, wholesalers and healthcare decision makers to ensure development, production and supply of our high-quality affordable medicines people depend on every day.WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Internal Comms

Creation and distribution of internal mailings and newsletters based on the needs of internal stakeholders or functional Teams according to their communication plan
Creation and promotion of content for Beezy (internal comms platform) to reflect our strategy, inform people, share best practices and inspire them on a regular base
Execution of internal communication campaigns in cooperation with respective teams
Execution of events in cooperation with respective teams
Execution of global webstream in close cooperation with Communication contacts in various countries
Work in close contact with internal key stakeholders at Headquarters as well as with Communication Contacts in various countries
Create and complete the editorial calendar in cooperation with Internal Stakeholders and ensure a healthy balance of information sharing and gathering
Design, deliver and implement internal communication campaigns on different topics (health and well-being, environmental protection, safety at work)
Own various internal events throughout the years in different areas (health and wellbeing, #WeHelpOthers, safety)
Bring creative ideas on internal communications

External Comms

Creation and promotion of content for our Websites to reflect our strategy, inform people, share best practices and inspire them on a regular base
Creation and promotion of content for our LinkedIn to reflect our strategy, inform people, share best practices and inspire them on a regular base
Monitor media and escalate if needed
Give ad hoc support for crisis communication
Organize videos and photo shootings to update branding materials that can be used internally as well as externally across the organization
Administration

Project Management from A to Z
Support of the team in admin tasks

WHAT WILL YOU NEED / QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

Education in the field of communications, social sciences or similar
Experience with writing articles
Minimum C1 level in English
Experience in working with graphics tools (e.g. Canva) is advantage
Experience with photo and video making /editing is advantage
Organizational skills
Responsible approach, open mind, flexibility and desire to learn and develop
Project management skills
Verbal communication skills in Czech language
Good networker
