We are looking for great talents who share to join us in our expanding group medical business.About the RoleYou will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to support our group business expansion and to offer world-class claims services to our group medical clients and their employees.Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Handle claims process, including pre-approval case, inpatient and outpatient claim
communicate with claims customer on claims decision
prepare regular reports and statistics
Support manager to manage the claims team's daily operations and coach the new joiners
Review and enhance claims practice and guidelines
handle administrative support duties in the claims area
About you
Minimum of 4 years of claims experience in medical claims (both in-patient and out-patient claims) in a direct insurer or TPA service provider
At least 1 year of experience in group medical claims assessment
good communication skills with customers
Independent, self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work under pressure
strong analytical and independent problem-solving capability
Good PC skills in MS Words, EXCEL, Powerpoint
