- Monthly Cash Flow Forecast for internal stakeholder discussions.
- Monthly payments to be prepared, loaded onto bank, and sent to directors for release
- Monthly Management accounts/pack and related analysis requirements as defined by Directors
- VAT calculations and submissions.
- PAYE submissions (monthly).
- Ad Hoc Reporting and acting as intermediary on all finance / accounting related matters
- Third party rental pool management to ensure healthy cash flows
- Act as intermediary and facilitator with auditors and bookkeepers
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent leadership capabilities
