Key task is to take part in motor fuel supply of MOL subsidiaries in Romania, Serbia and Slovenia. The team handles the monthly planning, inventory management, supply scheduling, monitoring of execution and managing deviations to the plan, in line with MOL Group optimization guidelines. Besides the operational tasks, focus needs to be on data management, our next colleague creates, operates, and handles various reports and business analytics on order to help monitor our daily operations as well as to help business decisions.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesHelps to prepare monthly supply plan of motor fuels and JET fuel of MOL Group Subsidiaries in Serbia, Romania, SloveniaOptimizes, tracks, and intervenes into supply execution to ensure the highest benefit realizationCreates daily, monthly reports and takes part of relevant daily decision-making forumsActs as first point of contact in daily supply related topics in the area of responsibilitySupports Product Supply Planning and Scheduling team to improve and maintain our reporting pool and KPI setRequirementsHigher education degree in Economics or EngineeringStrong problem-solving skill· Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately· Fluent English and HungarianSCM/Logistics experience· Excellent command of Microsoft Power Bi, Excel, and other Office platformsOther SkillsExceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skillsTeam player attitude· Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks#LI-KKI
