- Communicate regularly with BlackRock's Third-Party Transfer Agents (TA) for tasks such as opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, and updating KYC details
- Driving and overseeing third-party relationships and service performance in collaboration with Service Managers
- Find opportunities to enhance efficiency and speed by leveraging technology
- Make sure to answer the client's questions fully, accurately, and clearly
- Primary contact for both internal and external parties to ensure client queries are being addressed and resolved efficiently as possible
- Partnering with Legal & Compliance and other internal partners to deal with escalation
- Assisting management with any ad hoc / project work
- Ensure a positive experience for the client
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Project management skills
- Proactive, problem solving attitude
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
- Long-term development opportunity, at least 1 year
