- Source high-quality products from suppliers, primarily utilizing platforms such as AliExpress, while ensuring competitive pricing and reliable shipping times.
- Analyze product performance metrics, including sales data, customer reviews, and market trends, to optimize product selection and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product descriptions and promotional strategies to drive sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the dropshipping operation.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of fashion trends, particularly in women's fashion, and leverage this knowledge to curate an appealing product assortment.
- Proven experience in e-commerce product sourcing, preferably in a dropshipping environment.
- Proficiency in using online platforms such as AliExpress for product research and sourcing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in women's fashion, and a passion for staying updated on the latest styles.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
