Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trending products and niche opportunities suitable for dropshipping.
Source high-quality products from suppliers, primarily utilizing platforms such as AliExpress, while ensuring competitive pricing and reliable shipping times.
Analyze product performance metrics, including sales data, customer reviews, and market trends, to optimize product selection and inventory management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product descriptions and promotional strategies to drive sales.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the dropshipping operation.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of fashion trends, particularly in women's fashion, and leverage this knowledge to curate an appealing product assortment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce product sourcing, preferably in a dropshipping environment.
Proficiency in using online platforms such as AliExpress for product research and sourcing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in women's fashion, and a passion for staying updated on the latest styles.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
