Currently undergoing studies in a Maltese institution at MQF levels 5, 6 or 72. Residing in Malta (no relocation offered)3. Available from 01st July 2024 - 20th September 2024 (fixed dates 12-weeks programme)4. Able to work 30 hours per weekYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:● Proactive monitoring and support of the production and non-production environments.● Detect, analyse and respond to systems and security incidents.● Maintain and suggest improvements to the incident and problem processes.● Acts as a focal point for outages until restoration, facilitating communication with stakeholders as necessary.● Maintain, escalate and update NOC related tickets whilst making sure that new and updated existing knowledge base articles are documented.● Deliver on KPI's set internally as well as adhere to SLA's with regard to service delivery to other departments.● Using ITIL Best Practice to handle service requests, incidents and change requests.WHO ARE WE?At the core of LeoVegas Group, is Team Leo.
