• Mô tả công việc:

• Reviews daily production schedules to forecast forklift driver needs/ Xem xét lịch trình sản xuất hàng ngày để dự báo nhu cầu của tài xế xe nâng.
• Prepares and distributes driver assignments based on daily production schedules/ Chuẩn bị và phân công nhiệm vụ của tài xế dựa trên lịch trình sản xuất hàng ngày.
• Coordinates with supervisors in receiving, shipping, and warehouse departments to provide additional, timely forklift operation services/ Phối hợp với các quản lý tại bộ phận tiếp nhận, vận chuyển, kho để điều chuyển xe nâng bổ sung, kịp thời.
• Routinely observes forklift operation throughout the facility for safety and adherence to performance standards/ Thường xuyên quan sát hoạt động của xe nâng trong toàn bộ cơ sở để đảm bảo an toàn và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn hoạt động.
• Ensure that drivers complete all pre-operational and post-shift inspection reports/ Đảm bảo rằng các tài xế xe nâng hoàn thành tất cả các báo cáo kiểm tra trước khi vận hành và sau ca làm việc.
• Proactively providing reports and activity updates to direct manager/ Chủ động báo cáo và cập nhật hoạt động cho quản lý trực tiếp
• Schedules and/or arranges for maintenance and repair of forklift trucks/ Lên lịch trình và/hoặc sắp xếp để bảo trì và sửa chữa xe nâng.
• Maintains inventory of forklift parts and supplies/ Duy trì hàng tồn kho của phụ tùng và vật tư xe nâng.
• Follow-up to create forklift maintenance requests or, where necessary, submit forklift purchase orders to meet the company's operational needs/ Yêu cầu và tạo điều kiện mua xe nâng bổ sung, thay thế đáp ứng nhu cầu hoạt động của cơ sở.
• Performs other related duties as required/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác có liên quan theo yêu cầu.

• Yêu cầu:

• Graduated from College or higher. Management major is preffered/ Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên. Ưu tiên chuyên ngành quản trị
• Prior experience in forklift management or similar is preferred/ Ưu tiên từng làm công việc quản lý xe nâng hoặc tương tự.
• Ability to create and analyze reports/ Khả năng tạo và phân tích báo cáo.
