For an important company, we are looking for the following profile:Responsibilities:
- Assistance and collaboration with the Partnerships Team to address various requests and provide comprehensive support
- Assisting the sales team in planning promotions and contribute to the creation of complex offerings to enhance sales strategies
- Innovation and development new processes, as well as improve existing procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the sales operations
- Utilization KPIs, statistics, and reports to monitor and assess the performance of the sales team. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Identification, prioritization, and drive initiatives that address the diverse needs of all teams within the organization, fostering collaboration and efficiency
- Undertake various administrative responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of the sales operations and partnerships
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects by representing the Sales Operations Team, bringing in the unique requirements of the team, and ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments
- Working closely with different teams to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that the Sales Operations Team is aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Implementation and execution control tasks to ensure that all processes within the sales operations align with established directives and comply with relevant standards. This includes regularly auditing and evaluating workflows to identify areas for improvement and adherence to guidelines
