Define and communicate Lido's technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, including strategic planning, design/architecture, development, delivery, and maintenance
Lead a team of 350+ smart, skilled and passionate engineers across FRA, GDR, ZRH, and PCT
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization
Maintain technical excellence by promoting best practices and quality assurance
Champion clean, maintainable, efficient code
Drive continuous technology innovation: AI deployment, cloud usage, and engineering process improvement
Manage the budget and non-financial KPIs for your area

Requirements
University degree, preferably in computer science, economics or engineering (g. aerospace) and relevant
professional experience in the IT product implementation (at least 6 years) * Excellent skills in software engineering, agile methodologies, IT management methodologies, state of theart technology * High social and intellectual competence, experience in change projects in large organizations, strongleadership and problem-solving skills at all hierarchical levels * Innovative spirit, ability to work independently, ability to coach and lead a large multinational team
Solid experience in leadership roles
Business fluent in English, experience with intercultural teams, willingness to travel, German language skills
