- Review, cross-reference, format and assemble power point presentations in accordance with corporate design standards
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
- Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity
- Commercial apprenticeship / 'KV Lehre' with comparable number of years' experience or Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and ability to quickly pick up new software & systems
- Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing to strong administrative support team
- Fluent English and German in writing and speaking
