- Prepare quotations for technical changes & follow up on TEFS process (Technical Economical Feasibility Study) with a cross functional team
- Prepare commercial offers for prototypes, profitability analysis & tracking
- Coordinate pricing updates, maintain pricing data base, ensure price consistency between systems
- Support internal reporting/dashboard for pricing, tooling, engineering activities
- Maintain CRM tool up to date (contacts, opportunity management, document library)
- Support Accounts Receivable/ past dues management in relation with Finance department & customer
- Support Customer Request for Information/Quotation process
- Analyse customer KPI & propose corrective actions
- Prepare & assist during weekly calls internal & external for logistics, purchasing & projects
- Student in last year of Business studies
- Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions with other team members
- Team player who can be independent
- Open to take on challenges
- Curious and motivated
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Written and spoken English (At least technical English level)
