The Associate Director will:
Lead drug discovery and development programs in toxicology through significant milestones such as candidate identification, first-in-man studies, and proof-of-concept.
Understand and apply global regulatory guidelines to shape the toxicology program strategy.
Efficiently manage multiple projects under timeline constraints.
Maintain effective interactions with internal and external collaborators.
Anticipate challenges and proactively devise mitigation plans.
